You book directly with us, the owners. Our rates here are lower than on Airbnb and Vrbo, and your questions come straight to Sean and Kalea.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4 PM at all of our homes. Check-out is 10 AM at our Mammoth condos and 11 AM in St. Thomas.

How do I check in?

All of our homes have self check-in. We send detailed arrival instructions before your stay.

How many guests can stay?

Each home sleeps up to 4 guests.

Is there parking?

Yes. Both Mammoth condos have parking at the complex, and the St. Thomas condo has free parking.

Do I need four-wheel drive in Mammoth?

In winter, four-wheel drive or snow chains are strongly recommended. Storms can bring heavy snow, and chain controls are common.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, every home has free Wi-Fi.

Are pets allowed?

Sorry, pets are not allowed at any of our homes.

Can I smoke?

Smoking is not allowed inside any of our homes.

What is the cancellation policy?

Each home shows its cancellation policy on its listing page before you book, so you will know the terms up front.
